About Trailhead
Outpatient Treatment
in Salem, NH

Trailhead was founded by people who understand this work firsthand. Our co-founders, Caitlin and Mike DiBlasi, built this center from real experience. Caitlin is a Registered Nurse and certified recovery coach with eight years of direct experience, and Mike leads operations.

We are not a corporate facility. Hiring and treatment decisions come from lived experience. Our staff have recovery experience alongside clinical training. Clinical Director Alysia LaGambina, LICSW, brings a strong therapeutic foundation in adult mental health and addiction treatment, with years of experience across outpatient and public health social work settings and a holistic, trauma-informed approach to care.

Caitlin's background as a former yoga instructor directly shaped Trailhead's holistic programming, where yoga, breathwork, and movement-based therapies are built into the daily schedule.

When you walk through our doors, you're meeting people who understand what you're going through. They understand because they lived it.
